If you don´t hold this degree at least prove that you took classes in Biology and Chemistry so you can support your work experience with educational background.

A typical question; they just want to know what your intentions with the position are. If you intend to keep the job as a long-term job then let them know.
Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult or angry customer.
You need the right temperament for a sales position so here giving the right impression is mandatory. Talk about a difficult situation you went through, how you managed it and successfully fixed it.
How do you manage pressure?
A Medical Sales position requires a candidate that does not get frustrated by pressure so, once again, an example of a situation that involved pressure and how easily you got to manage it would do.
How do you build your market?
In order to answer this question some previous research about the company need to be done as well as a clear itinerary of things to do within the next 2 months from the moment you are hired.
